Mental Health Helplines Partnership

Mental Health Helplines Partnership (mhhp) is a national charity that works in partnership with approximately 50 mental health helpline providers.
Together we strive to continuously improve the varied helpline services available to any member of the public at any time. These helplines offer support to people experiencing mental health problems including feelings of distress and isolation and help equip people to manage their wellbeing.
Many of these helplines use mhhp’s virtual call centre system, are pursuing the CCA and mhhp Standard for Helplines© quality award and will undertake the City & Guilds accredited training programme for mental health helpline workers.
