Independent Healthcare Advisory Services (IHAS)
The Independent Healthcare Advisory Services (IHAS) is a trade body for the independent healthcare sector. Impartial among its members, IHAS provides the facility for otherwise competitive members to share innovation, knowledge and expertise for the common good.
A new group within IHAS, named the Quality and Safety Working Group, has recently been set up and will be chaired by Patricia Scott of the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth. Terms of Reference are currently being agreed to take the new group forward, which will seek to establish and promote the sectors quality credentials.
